How are the Koshi chimes packaged for shipping?

The Koshi chimes are carefully packaged in their original box, with the "leaf" ballast securely placed under the carton to prevent any movement during shipping, just as the master-maker intended. The chimes are then placed in an additional shipping box for added protection. While we haven't experienced any shipping-related damages, should the glass striker become damaged in transit, please contact us for a replacement.
