How Will You Ship My Order?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous US. For orders under $150, shipping is $9 flat rate.

Expedited shipping is available for a small fee during checkout. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 days. Shipping speed is usually 5-7 days for standard shipping and 1-3 days for expedited shipping.

Standard shipping is usually shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless it's a larger item than it's shipped via FedEx. We can also use UPS or local delivery for expedited services. We recommend not using PO Box addresses if possible, as it will result in delayed order delivery, and large items can't be shipped to PO boxes.

All orders are shipped from the USA. Depending on your location, we choose the warehouse closest to you or the one that has most of the items. Local pickup is not yet available.

Some additional things to keep in mind:

• The shipping time may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.
• Expedited shipping is only available for some items and it will be presented during the checkout as an option, or inside the shopping cart if you click "Calculate Shipping". If it's not showing - the Expedited Shipping service is not available for that combination of items.
• You may receive your order in multiple shipping boxes, even if it's a set.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for each shipped box once your order has shipped.
• You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
