Can I Return / Exchange My Order?

To start the return process, follow the steps below.

Request a Return

  1. Log into our Return & Exchange portal (click here)
  2. Enter your order number, which starts with SHL-XXXX (e.g. SHL-1234), or your email, or zip code, or phone number.
  3. Choose eligible items you would like to return or exchange. Follow instructions.
  4. The restocking fee may be waived or reduced for store credits and exchanges.
  5. You can print a prepaid return label in the portal, or use your own shipping for oversized items.
  6. Ship it back to us.

Return Shipping

We will provide the return label if your order doesn't include bulky items. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please upload pictures of the item and shipping box inside the return portal or send them to us at - and we'll send you a replacement.
